Fast and free delivery

Your purchases will be dispatched within a week, usually within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery is free and contactless, Monday to Friday from 8:00 à 17:00.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Your package, delivered without a signature, will be left at the front door or at a location deemed safe by the delivery person unless you advise us otherwise.

If you want to leave specific delivery instructions, you have to mention it during the purchase.

VIP Delivery & Installation (optional)

Delivery & VIP installation included:

1. Confirmation of your delivery within a 2 hour time frame that will have been confirmed to you the day before by email.

2. A professional, meticulous and safe job done by 2 qualified people. Please note that delivery personnel must keep their safety boots on at all times, but have boot protectors at their disposal to avoid damaging your floors.

3. The installation of your new equipment in the room of your choice.

4. The assembly of your bed base and/or your articulated bed and/or your mattress.

5. The recovery of all cardboard and plastic packaging.

6. The recovery of your old equipment (limited to 1 piece of equipment per mattress and/or bed base and/or articulated bed purchased).

7. A validation from you, signature required, to ensure your full satisfaction.
