For your complete satisfaction, bleu.eco offers a comfort guarantee for one hundred (100) nights from the date of delivery and applicable on your first purchase. The comfort guarantee applies to Bleu.eco Source, Bleu.eco Evolution and Bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay mattresses.
Bleu.eco Baby, Bleu.eco Junior, Bleu.eco Nomad (RV) and custom-made mattresses are not covered by this comfort guarantee.
Our sleep experts have designed your mattress for ideal comfort, not too soft and not too firm to suit different weights and body types.
We use high quality raw materials to provide freshness, comfort, support and durability.
We are convinced that you will love your new mattress. You can be sure of this after a 30-day adaptation period.
If after this period and for any reason, you consider that your mattress does not give you complete satisfaction, you will have 70 days to notify our customer service.
NOTE: Bleu.eco takes care of the return or the exchange only once after the initial purchase. However, if the customer wishes to make another exchange or return during the initial comfort warranty period, shipping and handling fees will apply.

Bleu.eco mattresses should not be used on floors that are likely to accumulate moisture, such as concrete, basements. There would be a risk of creating mould under the mattress and would void the guarantee.

The company will repair or replace the purchaser's mattress if it is found to be defective during the term of this limited warranty, but the purchaser will be responsible for the transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement. The residual value of the mattress will be determined on a pro-rata basis specific to each type of mattress.
No shipping and/or handling costs are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.
At any time, if the mattress cover needs to be replaced, it is possible that the cover material of the new cover you get will be a different colour or material than the original cover.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product. No extended warranty is provided with a replacement product, the warranty period of a replacement product is calculated from the delivery date of the original mattress purchase.
