At Bleu.eco, we place great importance on total customer satisfaction and the impeccable quality of our products. If you have any problems with one of our products, please contact our after-sales service and rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We offer different warranties that are adapted to each of our products. To facilitate our communications it will be necessary to provide us with your invoice #, the name that appears on it, your name and the phone # where we can reach you.

It will also be necessary to send us photos showing the problem encountered.

Mattresses

100 Night Comfort Guarantee

For your complete satisfaction, bleu.eco offers a comfort guarantee for one hundred (100) nights from the date of delivery and applicable on your first purchase. The comfort guarantee applies to Bleu.eco Source, Bleu.eco Evolution and Bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay mattresses.

Bleu.eco Baby, Bleu.eco Junior, Bleu.eco Nomad (RV) and custom-made mattresses are not covered by this comfort guarantee.

Our sleep experts have designed your mattress for ideal comfort, neither too soft nor too firm to suit different weights and morphologies.
We use top-quality raw materials to give you freshness, comfort, support and durability.

We are convinced that you will love your new mattress. You can be sure of this after a 30-day adaptation period.

If, after this period and for any reason, you consider that your mattress does not give you complete satisfaction, you will have 70 days to notify our customer service department.

NOTE: Bleu.eco takes care of returns or exchanges only once after the initial purchase. However, if the customer wishes to make another exchange or return during the initial comfort warranty period, shipping and handling charges will apply.

12, 15 and 20 year limited warranty

bleu.eco mattresses are protected by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials and foam integrity, provided you have used your mattress normally and handled it properly. The duration of the warranty varies according to the type of mattress. The duration of the warranty varies according to the type of mattress (for commercial and institutional mattresses, see the section Blue.eco Mattresses Warranty for commercial use). :

  • Twelve (12) years: bleu.eco Bébé, bleu.eco Junior, bleu.eco Nomade (VR) and bleu.eco Source
  • Fifteen (15) years: blue.eco Evolution
  • Twenty (20) years: bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay

The limited warranty covers :

  • All parts of the mattress and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the manufacturer's option).
  • A visible and permanent sag of more than 1" (2.5 cm). However, there is a weight limit for each type of mattress. If the sleeper's weight exceeds the limit defined below (for their mattress), this will invalidate the warranty.

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • The normal increase in the softness of the mattress.
  • Lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that could result from improper use of the product.
  • Preferences for comfort or thickness of the mattress
  • Deformation caused by inadequate support.

The mattress must rest on :

  • Flat and rigid base with ventilation
  • Rigid slatted base:
    with a minimum width of 2 inches for each slat
    with a maximum spacing of 3.5 inches between each slat, ensuring that gaps do not represent more than 50% of the surface.

Bleu.eco mattresses should not be used on floors that are likely to accumulate moisture, such as concrete, basements. There would be a risk of creating mould under the mattress and would void the guarantee.

bleu.eco's commitment

The company will repair or replace the purchaser's mattress if it is found to be defective during the term of this limited warranty, but the purchaser will be responsible for the transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement. The residual value of the mattress will be determined on a pro-rata basis specific to each type of mattress.

No shipping and/or handling costs are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.

At any time, if the mattress cover needs to be replaced, it is possible that the cover material of the new cover you get will be a different colour or material than the original cover.

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product. No extended warranty is provided with a replacement product, the warranty period of a replacement product is calculated from the delivery date of the original mattress purchase.

In order to make use of the guarantee, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact the Bleu.eco after-sales service. This proof of purchase must be kept for the duration of the warranty.

Warranty for commercial use - 5 years

bleu.eco mattresses are protected by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials and foam integrity, provided you have used your mattress normally and handled it correctly.

The bleu.eco mattresses for commercial use are covered by a 5 year guarantee from the date of initial delivery.

The limited warranty covers :

  • All parts of the mattress and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the manufacturer's option).
  • Visible and permanent sagging of more than 1" (2.5 cm).

 

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • The normal increase in the softness of the mattress.

Pillows

30-night comfort guarantee

For your complete satisfaction, Bleu.eco offers a 30-night comfort guarantee from the date of delivery on your first purchase.

Our sleep experts have designed your pillow for comfort that adapts in height to give the "pillow/mattress/sleeper" trio the perfect match.

We're sure you'll love your new pillow. You'll know for sure after your 10-day adaptation period.

If after this period and for any reason, you consider that your pillow does not give you full satisfaction, you will have 20 days to notify our customer service. Please keep the original box throughout the trial period. If you need to return the pillow, you will be asked to do so.

We will inform you of the procedure to follow to return your pillow in its original reception box, which you should keep. You will receive a 100% refund within 7 days of receipt.

However, the following conditions must be met:

Your purchase must be for one of the following pillows:

Opal Gelflex, Opal 100% Latex, Agate, Opal CPAP

A minimum adaptation period of 10 nights is required, following the delivery date.
Traces of soiling, burns or cuts on the pillow covers invalidate this guarantee.
This comfort guarantee ends 30 nights after the delivery date.

The following products are not covered by the 30-night comfort guarantee:

Bleu.eco Pillow - Opale Child, Bleu.eco Triangular Cushion - Foam and Bleu.eco Pillow - Body - Foam Flakes - adjustable and custom pillows.

Limited Warranty

The blue.eco articulated beds are protected by a limited warranty that begins on the date of delivery of the initial purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects, premature wear and tear of materials, provided that you have used your articulated bed normally and handled it correctly:
  • 1 year full warranty
  • 2 years on the controller and electronic components
  • 5 years on electric motors
  • 10 years on the wooden panels of the platform and base

The warranty does not cover:

  • Alterations that may be caused by improper use of the product.
  • Any damage caused by an animal.

bleu.eco's commitment

  • The company will repair or replace the purchaser's articulated bed if it is found to be defective during the term of this limited warranty.
  • No extended warranty is provided with a replacement product, so the warranty on a replacement product remains the same, starting with the delivery date of the original purchase.

No shipping and/or handling costs are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.

This warranty is offered to the original purchaser only. You must therefore retain your purchase receipt for the full duration of your warranty.

Articulated beds are protected by a limited warranty that begins on the date of delivery of the original purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects, premature wear and tear of materials, provided that you have used your articulated bed normally and handled it correctly:

  • Bleu.eco undertakes to work with the manufacturer to provide the customer with technical support.

Bed Frames

3 Year Limited Warranty

Our slatted beds will be with you for many years.

Bleu.eco bed bases come with a three-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear and tear of materials and the integrity of the wooden structure, provided you have used your bed base normally and handled it correctly.

The warranty does not cover lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that could result from improper use of the product. Also, to benefit from this warranty, your bed base must have been used properly at all times.

The warranty we offer covers all parts of the mattress base and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. No warranty extension is provided with a replacement product. The warranty period for a replacement product is calculated according to the delivery date of the original mattress purchase.

The transport costs associated with the repair or replacement of the slatted base shall be borne by the buyer.
