"GelFlex Plus" Phase Change Memory Foam

The high-performance temperature control properties of GelFlex Plus memory foam are unique on the market. Thanks to gel particles encapsulated within, they provide a more comfortable sleeping temperature compared to conventional memory foam which is characterized by a higher temperature.

This layer features a foam density of 56 kg / m³ (3.5 lb / ft³) with 10 lb / 50 in. (1.38 kPa) of compression, allowing it to adapt specifically to your body shape and drastically reduce pressure points. This layer provides maximum freshness and comfort!

2- Comfort layer

Aerus Natural Memory Foam ®

Our 4th generation Aerus Naturel® foam has the unique property of staying cool while providing you with incredible comfort and orthopedic support. It offers an air circulation 8 times more efficient and a heat dispersion up to 10 times faster than other memory foams. Its alveolar structure is open cell.

This eco-friendly, high-performance foam with a density of 80 kg / m³ (5 lb / ft³) and 1.38 kPa (10 lb / 50 in²) of compression is made from eco-friendly raw materials from plant sources. Soybean oil replaces some of the synthetic polymers commonly used in the manufacture of memory foam.

3- Transition layer

HR foam

This third layer of high-resilience foam (HR) provides a transition between comfort foam and support foam. It works in synergy with other foams to provide the ultimate comfort that your mattress promises. It is a 34 kg / m³ (2.1 lb / ft³) density foam with 2.62 kPa (19 lb / 50 in²) of compression.

4- Support layer

Basic HR Foam

This fourth layer of high resilience foam (HR) is the foundation of your mattress. Its high resilience makes it easy to support the heavier parts of the body, such as the hips, pelvis and torso. In other words, this layer of foam is designed to ensure the alignment of your spine. It is a 34 kg / m³ (2.1 lb / ft³) density foam with 4.28 kPa (31 lb / 50 in²) compression.

The comfort cover is machine washable and is made of 100% organic cotton fibers..

2. Protective cover

The protective cover is a highly resistant membrane that is 100% waterproof, breathable, expandable and anti-bacterial. It is of medical grade.

3. Zipper system + properties

Thanks to its two separable zippers, you can keep the properties of your comfort cover, while protecting it with the protective cover.

4- Support layer

The underside of your mattress is non-slip, so that your mattress stays in place on its bed base.

The weight of the mattress is a sign of quality (much more than the thickness!)

Our mattresses are much heavier than other mattresses sold online. Why? We use higher density foams.

High density = better support and greater durability for your mattress. Over the years, it will not collapse.

Why doesn't the thickness reveal the quality of a mattress? An 11", 12" or 13" mattress will not be more comfortable than a 10" mattress, because it is the first 4" to 7" of a mattress that takes the shape of your body. The deepest foam layers of a mattress almost never compress.

Thickness is therefore a "marketing" argument, and not a very significant aspect in mattress quality.

An excellent mattress

I bought blueeco a little over two weeks ago and my back pain has disappeared like magic. The only reason I do not give a 5 * is that I find the mattress a bit too firm. I have a hip a little sensitive in the morning. But maybe I'll get used to it over time. In any case, not enough to return the mattress. On the whole, I am very satisfied and I am happy to have been able to encourage a québecoise and environmentally conscious company.
