For your complete satisfaction, Bleu.eco offers a 100-night comfort guarantee from the date of delivery. The comfort guarantee applies to the Bleu.eco Source, Bleu.eco Nomade, Bleu.eco Evolution and Bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay mattresses.

Bleu.eco Baby, Bleu.eco Junior, Bleu.eco Nomad (RV) and custom made mattresses are not covered by this comfort guarantee.

Our sleep experts have designed your mattress for ideal comfort, neither too soft nor too firm. In fact, it has what it takes to suit different weights and body types.

We use the highest quality raw materials to provide freshness, comfort, support and durability.

We are confident that you will love your new mattress. You can be sure of this after a 30 day adaptation period.

If after this period and for any reason, you consider that your mattress does not give you complete satisfaction, you will have 70 days to notify our customer service.

The bleu.eco mattresses are protected by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials and the integrity of the foam, as long as you have used your mattress normally and handled it properly. The duration of the warranty varies according to the type of mattress:

Twelve (12) years: bleu.eco Baby, bleu.eco Junior, bleu.eco Nomad (RV) and bleu.eco Source

Fifteen (15) years: bleu.eco Evolution

Twenty (20) years: bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay

The limited warranty covers:

All parts of the mattress and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the manufacturer's option).
Visible and permanent sagging of more than 1" (2.5 cm). However, a weight limitation is established for each type of mattress. If the sleeper's weight exceeds the limit defined below (relative to his or her mattress), this will invalidate the warranty.
150 lbs (68 kg) for blue.eco Junior mattresses
250 lbs (113 kg) for the bleu.eco Nomade (VR) and bleu.eco Source mattresses

350 lbs (159 kg) for all bleu.eco Evolution and bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay mattresses
The limited warranty does not cover:

Normal increase in the softness of the mattress.
Lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that may occur due to abuse of the product.
Preferences in comfort or thickness of the mattress
Deformation caused by inadequate support. The mattress must rest on :
A rigid box spring with ventilation
Slatted base with a minimum width of 1.5" and a maximum spacing of 4", while ensuring that the spaces do not represent more than 50% of the surface.
Bleu.eco mats should not be used on floors susceptible to moisture accumulation, such as concrete or basements. There would be a risk of creating mold under the mattress and would void the warranty.

bleu.eco's commitment

The company will repair or replace the buyer's mattress if it is found to be defective during the term of this limited warranty, but the transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement are the responsibility of the buyer. The residual value of the mattress will be prorated for each type of mattress.

No transportation and/or handling costs are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.

At any time, if the mattress cover needs to be replaced, it is possible that the cover material of the new cover you will get will be of a different color or material than the original cover.

Finally, this warranty is only valid for the initial purchaser of the product. Also, no warranty extension is provided with a replacement product, the duration of the warranty of a replacement product is calculated according to the delivery date of the original mattress purchase.

In order to benefit from the warranty, the buyer must provide proof of purchase and contact Bleu.eco customer service. This proof of purchase must be kept for the duration of the warranty.

PILLOWS


50 NIGHTS COMFORT
GUARANTEE


For your complete satisfaction, bleu.eco offers a 50-night comfort guarantee from the date of delivery. The comfort guarantee is only applicable to the Opal and Agate models.

Our sleep experts have designed your pillow for comfort that adjusts in height to give the "pillow/mattress/sleeper" trio a perfect match.

We're confident you'll love your new pillow. You can be sure of this after a 30 day adaptation period.

If after this period and for any reason, you feel that your pillow does not give you complete satisfaction, you will have 20 days to notify our customer service. We will inform you of the procedure to follow to return your pillow and receive a 100% refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned pillow.

However, the following conditions must be respected:

A minimum adjustment period of 30 days is required, following the delivery date.

You must keep the original packaging until the end of the warranty period, as the pillow must be returned in the original packaging, if applicable.

Traces of dirt, burns, cuts or animal hair on the pillow covers invalidate this warranty.

This comfort guarantee expires 50 days after the date of delivery.

3 YEARS
LIMITED PILLOW WARRANTY  


bleu.eco pillows are protected by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery of the original purchase.

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects, premature wear and tear of materials, and foam integrity, as long as you have used your pillow normally and handled it properly.
The warranty does not cover:

Lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that misuse of the product may cause.
Any normal increase in softness and settling of the material, or other normal wear and tear.
Any damage caused by an animal.
Your comfort preference.
bleu.eco's commitment

The company will repair or replace the buyer's pillow if it is found to be defective during the term of this 3-year limited warranty.
No warranty extension is provided with a replacement product, so the warranty on a replacement product remains 3 years after the delivery date of the original purchase.
No shipping and/or handling charges are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the purchaser.

This warranty is offered to the original purchaser only. We invite you to keep your purchase receipt.

The Bleueco box springs are covered by a three-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials and the integrity of the wood structure, as long as you have made normal use of your box spring and have handled it correctly.

Thus, the warranty does not cover lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that could result from improper use of the product. Also, to benefit from this warranty, your box spring must have been used properly at all times.

The warranty we offer covers all parts of the box spring and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts.

The transportation costs related to the repair or replacement of the bed base are at the buyer's expense.

Finally, this warranty is only valid for the initial purchaser of the product. Also, no warranty extension is provided with a replacement product, so the warranty of a replacement product remains three years after the initial date of purchase.

Used mattresses sold at the bleu.eco Liquidation Center are protected by a limited warranty against premature wear of materials as long as you have used your mattress normally and handled it properly.

The limited warranty covers:

All parts of the mattress and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the option of the manufacturer).
