FAQ

F.A.Q

We answer your questions!

Do I have to try the bleu.eco mattresses before buying?

In a word: no. We have designed our mattresses to be universally comfortable and we are convinced that you will love yours. However, you do get a 100-day trial period.
We've created a little quiz to help you choose your mattress.

Is the work of our consultants influenced by sales commissions?

No, our consultants are not paid by commission. The only concern of our consultants is to find the best products to improve your comfort.

What are the environmental certifications?

All the foams that make up our mattresses are Certipur-US certified, which represents the highest standard in the field. This certifies that they are safe for the environment and for health. For more details see our environmentpage

Will your mattress lose its original shape over time?

bleu.eco mattresses are made of high quality materials that are resistant to sagging for a long time.. Check our guarantees page

Do the mattresses smell after unpacking?

A slight odour when unpacking is normal! This is the case for all mattresses made of pressure-reducing foam. Rest assured that this odour will dissipate quickly and, above all, that it is neither toxic nor dangerous to your health. If it bothers you, after unpacking your mattress, simply let it air out uncovered in a ventilated room and in no time it will be gone.

I have specific medical problems. Are bleu.eco mattresses right for me?

We may know of other customers with similar conditions to yours and we can testify to their experience. Don't hesitate to contact us at 1-877-715-8886

How much weight can they support?

The bleu.eco mattresses have been designed to support up to 300 pounds per person. For optimal performance, we recommend the mattress for individuals under 300 pounds.
For people over 300 pounds, we invite you to contact us. We will be able to customize a mattress that will suit you. We have a lot of experience in adapting mattresses and we can do it at a low cost.

Can I use an adjustable bed base?

Yes, all the mattresses we manufacture are designed to be used with an adjustable bed base. To purchase an adjustable bed base, do not hesitate to contact our team of consultants or consult our articulated bed comparisonpage.

Can I use a conventional bed base?

Yes. In most cases, a box spring will be able to accompany you for most of your life.
If its surface does not provide enough support, you can supplement it with a simple ¼ inch plywood.
If you're not sure, talk to us about it.
You can therefore use your bleu.eco mattress on a platform, on all slatted bases (the spacing between the slats must not be more than 4") - – or on a box spring with plywood.
Once the mattress is taken out of its transport box, it will be ready to use in just a few minutes.

Is there an adjustment period?

The human body reacts differently to changes, so you may need a few days to get used to your new mattress. The majority of our customers find that they are comfortable from the very first night.

My mattress seems uneven. What should I do?

This is almost always due to the surface on which the mattress rests. If you have a problem like this, we recommend testing the mattress for evenness directly on the floor. If you find that this corrects the unevenness, you should assess whether your slatted base or bed base is damaged. If your blue.eco mattress still seems uneven on the floor, contact us without delay.

For a VIP delivery service we invite you to visit our VIP delivery page.

How long can I keep the mattress in the box?

Your mattress is vacuum packed the day before your delivery. It is preferable to unpack your mattress as soon as you receive it, as your comfort guarantee starts on that date. If you have to keep it in the box, we advise you not to exceed three months.

What do you do with returned mattresses?

Returned mattresses undergo a rigorous inspection. Following this inspection, mattresses that are deemed unsuitable are recycled.
For those that are in perfect condition:

- Either we give them to charity.

- Or, they are put in our liquidation stocks while being identified as used products. These products are only available in store, are presented without a cover and are only sold after a trial. A new cover is provided with each mattress.
