Purchase of a pillow and then a mattress - Satisfied customer, body and mind
Migraines (pinched nerve) require a change of pillow, which the neurologist recommends is flat, latex, supportive and suitable for side sleeping. Reading, calls and shopping finally lead me to Bleu.eco. Not only does the Opale pillow meet my needs, but it is ergonomic (recessed shoulder nesting that allows the head to take advantage of the full thickness of the pillow) and adaptable (depending on the width of the shoulder), and its cover is made of cotton. A couple of weeks of adaptation and it's settled: the pillow supports me, it's comfortable, pleasant, it breathes, it's odorless, without flab. With the arrival of the pillow, my old latex mattress of about twenty years is no longer up to the task. I want to stay with latex and other natural materials. After several unsuccessful attempts (including an unfortunate purchase that did not conform to the order) to save a few miles and possibly a few dollars, I return to Bleu.eco, with a clear head. So much for the 140 kilometer round trip. As for the price, I fall right on the annual sales period. The mattress I chose was exactly what I was looking for - latex, cotton cover, comfort and nothing else. The long zipper on the cover also allows me to see the contents. It will take me a few weeks to get used to it, the body now needs a little more flexibility. It's done, I'm there - I'm staying there, happy. Conclusion - Quality of the products and service, use of the products and satisfactory purchase conditions. Kindness of the staff, knowledge of the merchandise, precise answers, no pressure to buy.
